    Two Xbox Live Gold subscriptions (monthly & yearly) running simultaneously on my account


    Hi everyone,

    First question: Why has that been possible ? : Two Xbox Live Gold subscriptions (monthly & yearly) running simultaneously on my account.

    Second question: How do I get the money back for the monthly fee that I paid during my yearly subscription?

  2. Is Microsoft allowing Elder Scrolls Online to be played without Xbox Live Gold?

    Also I should state that I don't pay for the yearly subscription for Xbox Live Gold, I pay for 3 month Gold. So technically I would be paying a pretty penny to pay for Xbox Live Gold and monthly membership for ESO yearly.

    Xbox Stealing My Money

    I was given a one month trial when I bough my xbox that automatically changed to a recurring one month membership. Last month I upgraded the monthly gold membership to a yearly one. Yet this month, Microsoft still charged my account the monthly fee on top
    of the yearly one. So I am now essentially being charged for two live accounts even though I only have one! The "contact us" tabs on the Microsoft website don't open to anything, neither does the live chat option. When I tried to cancel the monthly subscription,
    the screen said the only one I have is a yearly membership, even though they just charged me the monthly fee last week!!

    I live in Ireland, I can't find any other way of dealing with this issue from the Microsoft website.

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?



    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

    I've been a member of Xbox gold since the 360 was released. Happily paying a yearly subscription. I want to upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate but it seems there is only a monthly subscription. I deploy frequently for work and don't want to manage a monthly subscription.
    Is there a way to get a yearly (or larger) subscription. It's the only thing preventing me from going to Ultimate.
    Unfortunately there isn't a yearly subscription offered at this time you can only go by monthly installments
