Two Xbox Live Accounts on Same Email

basically, the one microsoft account is the one xbox account.

It seems that you have both account added on the same profile. One is the primary, while the other is secondary. In this case unfortunately both e-mail addresses will be linked to that profile.

It isn't quite possible to have 2 accounts on one email address. Once a gamertag is attached to an email, you can't use that email for a different account. Kindly check the emails you have for where the second account is located.

They should both have unique Microsoft Account (formely known as the Windows Live ID) email addresses, even if their alt email addresses and the Billing Contact email addresses are the same. If two gamertags have the same Microsoft
Accounts/Windows Live IDs, then you need to contact Support; see below.

The only time where an email address can be used as a sign in email address for two Xbox accounts is when there is something wrong. You cant have the same email address as the sign in on two accounts.

If you want to switch the email to a different account then you will need access to the two accounts.
