    Hello

    I will, of course, obfuscate the names and emails in this question.

    When we first got our Xbox 360 I created GamerTags for each member of the family (me, wifey, elder daughter, and younger daughter).

    Somehow the GamerTags for wifey and elder daughter have ended up with the same XboxLiveFamily.com email address:

    ELDER DAUGHTER

    GAMERTAG: SuperDaughter

    EMAIL: SuperDaughter @ xboxlivefamily.com

    WIFE

    GAMERTAG: LovelyWife

    EMAIL: SuperDaughter @ xboxlivefamily.com

    (For those of you who work in IT, like me, this is like having two Active Directory accounts with identical User Principal Names - which shouldn't be possible!)

    If we log in via the web as SuperDaughter @ xboxlivefamily.com it shows all the info we'd expect to see for our daughter (GamerTag, DoB, avatar, etc.).

    However, there's no way of logging in online as LovelyWife as there is no email address of LovelyWife @ xboxlivefamily.com

    What we need is some way to create that email address of LovelyWife @ xboxlivefamily.com and associate it with the GamerTag LovelyWife as the primary email address.

    This will retain my wife's Lego game scores and stop my daughter constantly receiving my wife's Achievement notifications!

    But there doesn't seem to be any way of doing this!

    There is a way you can change your email address
    We can change the email address for SuperDaughter, yes, but we can't log on as LovelyWife at all.

    This is making me mad.

    So, you say you have two Xbox LIVE accounts? Does each have the same Gamertag? Please advise.

    They should both have unique Microsoft Account (formely known as the Windows Live ID) email addresses, even if their alt email addresses and the Billing Contact email addresses are the same. If two gamertags have the same Microsoft
    Accounts/Windows Live IDs, then you need to contact Support; see below.

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you cannot merge two Gamertags into one account. Two gamertags aren't even suppose to share the same email address.
