Two X1s, one router

I have a D-Link DIR-655 router that I have checked on the forums and confirmed to support multiple consoles, yet still one of the two consoles keeps saying it has a strict NAT. I have tried giving the X1s static IPs, port forwarding, and disabling/re-enabling
UPnP and the issue persists.

I made sure that my firmware for the router is the most up to date.

Any suggestions?

Bought XB1S console bundle, no 50k points received

I bought an Xbox One console bundle corresponding with this deal:

I received my console and physical games almost two weeks ago, the 50k points are nowhere to be found on my account though. The FAQ said the reward points should appear on my account within 15 days
and they have not appeared within that time window.

Reached out to a live chat support agent and was directed to a specific forum. Then further redirected here. When I purchased my console bundle I was assured by a support agent that I was eligible
for the points.

Upon hard resetting both consoles, the NAT type sorted itself out and is now Open.

Try one wired one wireless that works for me.

How old is this router? I have 2 XBOX ONES and they both work great online. Only real fix anytime soon is to purchase a new router or wait till microsoft releases a fix or dlink releases a firmware update. Make sure you have the ports that are needed are
forwarded. Try it with your firewall disabled and see if you still have the problem, if no then it's prob a port forwarding issue. Usually products have a list of 100% compatible routers so if you can check if yours is on that list, that's if Microsoft even
made a list.

Try to put one in DMZ? If you have then it may be that your router is having issues with both devices using the same ports.

If you've port forwarded, you may also want to forward ports 3075 and 3076. These are specific ports for certain games, but I've also read that if you try to use one console, 3074 is the only one specific to Xbox Live, but if you try to use two or more simultaneously,
you have to forward additional successive ports (3075 for two consoles, 3076 for three, and so on.)
