Two Wireless Xbox 360 Controllers, One Household

My sister just got an xbox 360 wireless controller, and was complaining that it did not work at all for her. I disconnected mine, and soon realized she was playing my game from upstairs.

Is there anything we can do about this? So we can both use the wireless controllers, separately? (Like I want them to link to different receivers... ideally the one right next to them?

Possible to use two xbox 360 wireless receivers in windows 10 simultaneously?

Like the title says, is it possible to use two Xbox 360 wireless receivers in windows 10 simultaneously? I currently have one and four wireless xbox 360 controllers. I'd like to know if I can hook up a second wireless receiver, and then add up to four
more wireless xbox 360 controllers, and use up to 8, or is it limited to only one receiver and four controllers?

Xbox One controller compatibility.

360 controllers = bluetooth wireless spectrum

Xbox One = wi-fi wireless spectrum

Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

Hi,

Unfortunately unlike the Xbox One controllers, the wireless Xbox 360 controllers remain wireless regardless of whether you connect them to a PC with a Play and Charge. You can't make an Xbox 360 wireless controller a wired controller.

If you want to use your 360 wireless controller on a PC you'll need to buy an Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows.
