Two purchases are not giving me rebate back

Bought Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice on April 11th and on May 2nd bought 3 months of GamePass for a friend. None of those purchases is giving me % back. Help me please.

No pending rewards credits for purchases since August

I've been making games purchases since September that haven't awarded me any rebate credits; right around the time the rewards program was changed.

I've bought D4, Sunset Overdrive, Titanfall, and none of these purchases are giving me the appropriate 2% rebate that I'm eligible for. Yet, they've counted towards boosting my VIP status nearly to the second tier for 4% rebate, so I know it should be registering.

Any help towards a resolution would be helpful.

Information on Xbox Live rewards

5,000 credits is actually equal to £3

VIP rebates are calculated at the end of the month, not after each purchase, and given by the 15th of the next month. So you would see your % back on all eligible February purchases pending by mid-March. Keep in mind that if you preordered Halo it will
not count towards your rebate.

Subscriptions do not count towards VIP so the game pass purchase would not be eligible.

It is definetley from a purchase rebate or some other rebate. You get a few back on every dollar spent. The lowest denominator for your searches is in fact 5 points, and the lowest any activity can give you is also 5 points.

If you're already part of XBL Rewards, every single purchase purchase will give you your 1% or 2% back.

The rebate even counts on sales too. I game is 50% off, you pay 400 points and still get 2% back.

The VIP % is a rebate, not a discount. So you'll pay full price in the store, then the program calculates your purchases after the end of the month and gives you a percentage back depending on how much you spent on eligible purchases that month.
