    Hello,

    I tried to hook up an offline profile to Xbox Live using my email address I had previously created (this account) and it refused, and I know why, so today I ask:

    Is there a way that I can take all of the data (this includes achievements, gamerscore etc.) onto the new online profile? I have looked at ways to do this, but all of them are outdated (Xbox got it's new look and it doesn't make sense anymore).

    If someone could find a way to do this, that would really help. I did everything on that offline profile, and it would suck to have to do it all again. I want to join Xbox Live, maybe even Gold, but not if I have to start all over.

    I have a two gamertags. One is in my mother Microsoft account,but i created profile to the account

    Second is a in my Microsoft account and i created profile.

    1. A is account theft is i used gamertag which created to mother Microsoft account?

    2. A i can connect my profiles togehter?

    No. It is not possible to merge profiles or transfer anything between accounts. You would have to join Live using your offline account and a different email address.

    Thank you very much I was nervous about deleting one of the profiles in the Xbox Series X console Xbox accessories Tab. I was nervous if I did this it would caused problems. Thank you very much. Have a great day

    Achievements are linked to that profile, but good news, if your kids really liked getting them from the games they played, they get another opportunity to get them all again on their kids account. Woo hoo! At least that's what my son says when he has
    to play again when not playing on my profile.

    At this point I would recommend designating your adult account as the primary on the machine and then creating him a new account as a child account where you can set permissions and so forth.
