Two problems (xbox 360)

I've looked on the forum and couldn't find anything that sounds like my problem. unless I'm too blind to see it lol.

problem one

I'll get playing a match of tdm on call of duty black ops 2 and then it kicks me out of the match and then either says "sign in status changed" then kicks me out of the match.

problem two



I can't hear other people and they appear to be able to hear me when I ask on the headset "can anyone hear me? I'm new to xbox". the headset I'm using is the one that comes with the console. I got the holiday bundle that comes with cod ghosts and black
ops 2 and the headset. the headset says xbox 360 on it if that means anything.

I just added the free month gold subscription trial and this is how it starts off.

I prefer not to do anything that relates to changing settings on the router . I have 15MB/s down and 5MB/s up so I don't think internet speed is an issue. in matter of fact I get
3 bars in black ops 1 on the ps3 and 4 bars on black ops 2 on the xbox.

two xbox 360 download problems

When you played the game the online console was there an update for the game if so did you try copying that to the offline console? Apart from that not too sure.

so i have two xbox 360s with the same gamertag but one isn't onlline, but when i want to put a new game on it, this time the game was fable 3. I run the online xbox just fine, still but the offine xbox wont play fable 3 doesnt say why or present any errors
that occured(but a message saying that it wont play fable 3) im confused this is the only game this has happened to.....???????

 

Problem one: Do you have any account on any other consoles that anyone may be playing on? If not then re download your profile and clear cache 3 times.

Delete System Cache:

1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2.Select Storage or Memory.

3.Highlight the storage device you normally use (The one that has the most storage used up), and then press Y on your controller.

4.Select Clear System Cache. (Do steps 3 and 4 THREE times)

5.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

To Re-download Profile:

1.Go to Settings, and then select System.

2.Select Storage.

3.Select all devices

4.Select Gamer Profiles

5.Select Delete

6.ONLY SELECT "DELETE PROFILE ONLY" NOT "DELETE PROFILE AND ITS CONTENTS

7.Press the Guide Button on your controller again

8.Select Download Profile

9.Enter microsoft account credentials

10.Select the storage device in which you want to save your profile in

Problem two: Is the volume of your headset turned up? Is your mic muted? Pretty much all the normal questions, if you have exhausted all options then contact a microsoft sales rep here:

Why would it be my cache when I just got the machine? unless you're suggesting that something didn't go the way it suppose to. thank you for your suggestion, I'll be sure to try that when I feel like it, black ops 2 and ghosts made me rage like crazy and
made me miss black ops 1. it finally let me play black ops 2 but then kicked me out like once. I even got a probation warning because it kicked me out so often. that is so dumb, what if there were hacking and other form of cheating so I quit, so basically
the devs will punish me for quitting because I didn't want to play with cheaters? so dumb, I'm just saying what if that was the case why I "quit"?

 

There is nothing wrong with the system at all, sometimes it just "get's confused"... and yeah, i know what you mean by the probation, its only 5 mins anyways, if you still want to play during those 5 mins, go to league play.

 

Update

It appears to be the xbox live matchmaking to be having problems. I say this because my xbox asked if I wanna test my connection to xbox live and stuff, I said yes, everything checked out except matchmaking, it says service alert. then it said to go to "www.xbox.com/servicealerts"
then saw that it says "Social and Gaming limited" looked right below that and it says affected platforms "xbox one", xbox 360 is indeed affected as well. this has been happening every few days now. I can say for sure its not my internet because I get 15MB/s
down and 4MB/s up with a open nat. I hope this gets fixed instead of it happening every few days because I really am starting to prefer the xbox over the playstation for online gaming.

 

I think it the console model that your using.Not sure I can tell on my console if I connected twice on xbox live.Once on wired and once with wireless.My model is Xbox 360 Slim E.

 

I'm using the xbox 360 E. I'm really starting to get tired of this, I just tried to play some black ops 2, was able to play for like 2-3 minutes then xbox live signs out, followed by being kicked out of the match. I can play minecraft online with two of
my friends all day long, so I'm starting to think its something between live and black ops 2. cod ghosts will do it to but black ops 2 seems to be the worse.

 

I was the exact same problem this 2 weeks, try putting your xbox network configuration on manual rather than automatic. I did that and now it is working

 

Okay I'll try that thanks and I'll get back to you with the results.

 

So anyone know a fix for this? I am having the same problem....irritating.
