    Hi everytime i load in two point hospital and go to load my melt downs hospital it crashes back to homemscreen other hospitals load okay

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game then do a hard reset for your xbox by holding the power button for a few seconds untill it fully shuts off and wait 15 seconds before turning it back on. I hope this helps.
