Two Point Hospital e_gs_quota_exceeded

Bought the two point campus with bonus, and now I get the error "e_gs_quota_exceeded" anytime I try to save Two Point Hospital. Could be that the two aren't related as I just started another hospital in the game. Those were the two things that changed prior to the game cratering.

The error message means the game file size is too big. The fix per Microsoft is for Sega to ask Microsoft to increase the game file save size. Seems like a years in the making fix. Anyone have something that might work faster?

Phone service was a dead end. Really not helpful.

If this game is using the Xbox live network cloud storage, you can try deleting unused saves from another games (for this is required an Xbox)

But if the game is using Sega servers to this purpose, in this case you may need to double check with them how many storage do you have available

Thank you for taking the time to answer. This is all on PC.

Deleting one of my prior saved games apparently gave it more space. It is now saving the larger game for the moment.

There still seems to be a problem though if I want to keep a large game and replay it later with that intact. I hate wiping my saved game status or not being able to just restart and have multiple completions up to the allotted 3 allowed in the game.

As I just bought Two Point Campus I would appreciate someone getting the ball rolling on increasing the file save size so I don't hit this wall down the road with either this game or the Two Point Hospital game.

Is this happening on PC or Console?

If I understood well, you're not able to save your actual progress

But if you create a new game, everything's working as usual?

If that's not the case, would be great if you explain to me a bit more your situation

Ive tried the power cycle but not cleaned cache, I'll try that today. Thanks
