Two player games Xbox cloud

We just started using Xbox cloud through our Samsung tv. We have two Xbox controllers. Is there any way my kids can play games together/ at the same time ? Or does this function not work ?

I’m not a gamer so super frustrated trying to sort this out

Cloud only supports one player per account at this time due to the need to interpret player behavior to ensure a smooth streaming experience

He's playing under his Mum's account, which he plays Fortnite and all the other cloud games on. We have an issue of playing two player games, just can't seem to figure it out.....want to play It Takes Two together or any other two player games. The controller is set up but not for two player games>>

No this is not answer. All the games tried have local co-op. In cloud gaming the 2nd remote is just not recognized when asked to join (yes both remotes logged in).

This is really disappointed Microsoft when using cloud gaming on Xbox game pass you can play two players in 90% of the games what is the point! Please patch!

It does work for two players when you download the game though. fyi Still I get it what's the point???

Cloud gaming only supports one person at a time locally. There’s a lot of sleight of hand that makes this work, and currently the system can only track a single player.
