Two people reporting my gamertag to troll me

so on ark another tribe has a beef with me and are at doing everything they can to troll me. They reported my gamertag that I've had for years. It was personlgenocide. The auto-generated one was terrible so i paid $9.99 to change it to toxicgenocide. In
less than 24 hours they reported that one and it was take it away and they gave me another terrible auto-generated name. No matter what name I pick they will report it. I've been paying for Xbox Live every year since it came out and yet I'm being penalized
because they are exploiting the system to maliciously report me. They have repeatedly laughed and said as much in game chat. Where is my protection from the harassment. how are you going to charge me for a gamertag and then take it away in less than 24 hours.
My gamertag has a good reputation and I don't go around doing this to people. I guess I will have to cancel my Xbox cuz I'm not being heard or acknowledged

They can report your gamertag all they want, but It's up to the enforcement team to decide if it violates the code of conduct. To find out why they changed it and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

ok i did that and is said the Judgment was upheld. I really didn't get to talk to anyone, nor was I given an explanation of what part of my gamertag was offencive. How can they take my money for a gamertag and then say it's offencive. If it was offencive they
shouldn't have ever let me have it. And how can I pay to have another one without knowing what they deem offencive. In this day and age everybody is offended by everything.

 

the tag doesn't have to be offensive necessarily. It just has to violate the code of conduct. Unfortunately the filters can't pick out everything that violates the code
of conduct. It's per that code that you agreed to that gives them the right to change a tag that violates it.

 

but how was genocide offencive. I mean for somebody that is only doing it to hurt you which is what they said they were doing, if you pick any gamertag apart . For instance I could claim that you're gamertag is sexual harassment. Not that it is but someone
could try to say that. They should at least refund my $9.99 or let me pick another name. The gamertag they gave me is a girl's gamertag. And I'm afraid of paying another $9.99 just to have it taken away again because like I said almost any gamertag can you
pick the part and they could claim its offencive. Not everyone wants a gamertag called box of kittens. The people that reported me they play the South Park game for crying out loud. But they want to act like they were offended by my gamertag anyone can see
that they're lying

 

not to mention the hypocrisy I'm playing mature video games where you kill other opponents in these first person shooters that they have no problem selling me and yet claim the word genocide is against the code of conduct.

 

Age ratings on games do not cover xbox live.

Doesn't matter what the game is,everything on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.

That word would violate the code of conduct which is why you got the forced name changes.
