    Two name tags under "Privacy & online safety"


    Under my Xbox account -> Privacy & online safety, I can see two name tags. One is mine but I have no idea what the other one is. How do you check the details behind this name tag? How do you delete it?

    Hello Chipot,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are seeing two gamertags when you look at your online safety and privacy settings, and you would like more information about the other account. Typically, you will see multiple accounts
    on
    your online safety and privacy settings     if you own an adult account and have other accounts added to your family. You will need to

    access the family settings for your account in order to remove the account that is attached to yours. Did you ever add a child account or adult account to your main account's family? Be sure to let us know the results

    Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. With the name she was given, once you create an account a random gamer tag is given. On the issue

    with privacy settings    . There are two that require to be allowed for crossplay. You can use this guide for privacy settings. The two needed to be changed to allow is under communication and multiplayer:

    1. You can play with people outside Xbox live----set to allow
    2. You can communicate outside of Xbox live with voice and text-----set to everybody

    There are three options:

    1/ privacy

    2/ xbox one online safety

    3/ xbox 360 online safety

    The option to not allow purchases only appears under xbox one online safety option.
