Two Minecraft Accounts

My daughter wants me to play Minecraft with her and she has a old Mahong account.

I bought a copy for myself but it appears that both are associated with my email address since that is what was used when I originally bought her minecraft and that all of my PC windows have been set up using that email address.

How can the two of use play together?

In your situation, it would be necessary that one of you create a new Microsoft account, and purchase Minecraft (Java) on that account to be able to play together. There's no way to share the game, given that you and your daughter would be playing in the same account.

Yes, that's fine. I have two Minecraft accounts, and two Microsoft accounts to go with them. However, only one of the Microsoft accounts is showing that it has a Minecraft account (that being the latest account that I brought). The other one is not. The two accounts are also completely separate, and have nothing to do with each other. I definitely migrated Minecraft to the correct account, and as I said, it did work initially. I have also tried logging in with my original Mojang account, before I migrated, but that doesn't work either. I have checked all of these accounts.

Your brothers would have to make an account on the pc version of Minecraft because the pc version of Minecraft and Xbox version of minecraft are two different servers.

Will your sons play Minecraft on a computer or on a Xbox?

Usually all you need to do is to login to the computer (or sign in on the Xbox) with your account (the one that purchased the game) to download Minecraft and then, after downloading, your sons can sign in with their accounts and play normally.

And yes, each one of your sons will need an unique account to be able to play. They will not be able to play multiplayer at the same time with just one account for both.
