Two menu bugs after signing in a second account

I currently have a silver account. I'm able to sign in to xbox Live. but all of the menus in GTA V show Service is diabled on my account. Even the friends menu. Is everyone having issues with all online menu's? or just pictures? Anyone find if rockstar
or microsoft have acknowledged this as a bug yet?

Well I don't have access to another Xbox One but I do to a Xbox 360 to which it let me sign into fine, and without turning off, after re-entering my email and password to my Microsoft/Xbox account.

And a small update on the Xbox One situation: After attempting to log into my Microsoft account, to which it turns off, when turned back on my "" profile is available on the sign in side menu, but when I select it I get the signing in loading screen
then it seems to stop for a second and the sign in side menu opens again, without signing me in to my "" account. Although it does not sign me into my account the Xbox One does not turn off. I guess that's a plus...

Cleared system cache and didnt sign in second player on my console til after i got into the menu and no problems now, thx for the help

Two thoughts - first, when you sign on at
https://www.xbox.com with your Microsoft account, do you see the games you own? After you sign on, click on your gamertag in the upper right and choose "Profile". On the new page, go to the top menu and find "My Games".

Second, on your Xbox One console, power-cycle the console so it clears out the data cache that may be corrupted, so when you start it up again it will reload with the games your account owns appearing in "Ready to Install".

Okay so an update:

I have fixed THIS issue.

It can be one of two things: Changing the password of the account, which didn't for some reason take affect immediately (it's just signed me out of the forum to sign in with the new password)

OR I also created a new local PC login and signed in to the Xbox app on there (it worked) which maybe forced any account issue or bug to fix itself. I logged into my normal pc login (the one the issue has been happening on) and it now works again too.

So one of those two things fixed it (I'm edging towards logging in to the app on the separate local login, because changing the password didn't work at the time I tried it, but it all works now.)

This local account could just be bugged or corrupted. Now noticing a texture bug with Forza horizon 3 which I'll end up making a second thread for, gotta install/move it to the second account though to test it there first to see if this local account was corrupted
(it's been suggested before with stuttering issues I've been having)

Not sure how to just move all my games from my first local login to my second one without re downloading them all from steam and windows store (all games are installed to a specific account, well, because I didn't think I'd need a second one at the time of
installing.) (all origin and rockstar games installed to all accounts on the PC, but Steam and Windows games didn't roll over)
