Two Gold Signatures in the same Account

Two day ago I sign upfor one year of the Xbox Live Gold Membership, I did first from this website, but it didn't activate, so I thought something had gone wrong and repeated the process directly from the console and I worked. But today I saw I was charged
two time, with different values. Now, since I'm originaly from Brazil, but have spent some time in the US, I believe I have now two signatures of the same thing, one in english and one portuguese, wich I didn't even thinnk was possible. Anyway, obviously i
don't need two signatures, so what can I do? Can i get a refund? Some xbox live credits? Anything? I don't even know how to manage and cancel one of the two separately.

Please, I need a solution.

Able to create multiple profiles on Xbox Fitness?

I downloaded this yesterday for myself and my partner. But not sure if we are able to create two different fitness profiles on the same Xbox account.

Would he have to make a new account and have Xbox Gold?

I'm assuming you mean subscriptions instead of signatures. The best thing to do, since this is a payment/billing issue, is to contact Xbox Support.

They should be able to find the cause and fix and/or refund anything if needed.
