    hello people, i had been using my microsoft account during 8 years, and yesterday i get an xbox one, so i used my account, and i created my gametag, it iis Giovaperezg, and i did it on my pc, with the xbox desktop app. but when i login in my xbox, appears
    another gametag "", and i don´t know why.

    i want giovaperezg as my gametag, so can you help me? What can i do?

    transfering gametag to another account without an xbox console

    I have two gametags and two live accounts, currently
    gametag "jianhui zh" is linked to [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT] and

    gametag "jianhui z" is linked to [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT]
    I'm using gametag "jianhui zh" ( for my purchase on a windows phone) and live account
    [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT] (for my contacts via MSN/Skype), I'd like to link them together, which means transfer gametag "jianhui zh" to live account
    [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT]. The gametag "jianhui z" is not in use, so it can be overwritten or switched to
    [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT].

    I'm aware this can be done on an xbox console but I don't have one to do it by myself.

    Forgotten pass code.

    My problem is that I have two Gametags and only one Live ID account.

    I have forgotten one of the pass codes but have only been able to download the one profile without a pass code.

    Where do I get the existing pass code for the other gametag.

    Hi,

    Microsoft Store is a different story, already logged in, the problem is logging in to a Microsoft account to use for Xbox, (you can login to two accounts, one for gametag and one for store purchases)

    I am not getting any notifications or error messages, just like if the button did nothing

    Looks like you found a glitch in the system.

    It's possible to remove this gametag from my Microsoft's account, so I can move, via console, another gametag to this Microsoft's account?

    Surely You have linked gametag new to the old, so When you buy one MSPoints passes them to another, you must unlink the two accounts and functioned separately.

    Hi David,

    The Microsoft Account can be attached to two gametags, however, it can only be set as the primary email for one gamertag. That means when signing into the Microsoft account, it will only show one gamertag. If the gamertag is on the Xbox then signing into
    the profile on the console, it would be possible to see what email is the primary email for the gamertag in question.

    The reason why the Microsoft account is able to be assigned to two profiles is, because as the secondary email it will help to regain access to the account/gamertag.
