    I have two gamertags associated with the email (PII). (PII) is my xbox one console login. (PII) was assigned when I logged into the pc, unfortutely I used the same email. I want to use (PII) for both. I have invested $$$ in the WOWSLegends and want to be able to play remotely. When I try to use my phone, it logs me using the (PII) gamertag. How can I get the desired gamertag associated with (PII)?

    you ever get this fixed? I've had this problem for 1.5 years and i've spoke with 8 microsoft people about it. 3 over the phone for roughly 2-4 hours each. while the rest either didnt understand my problem or escalated it and all i got was some stupid website
    that they thought would fix my problem.

    Everytime I try to change 's email (from the main Gmail Account that I want other gamertag to be associated with.. to a new Live ID) I get an error message.

    I also tried to enter the app password with the gamertag I want to use and the main Gmail account, no success.

    I just called M$ support and they said they cant tell which email is associated with the gamertag... thats it? I'm not paying for Live Gold unless I can use my main gamertag.

    Each account has to have it's own email address. So you would have to create another one in order to create a new account for them.
