    Recently had my gamertag banned, payed to change it to something else, then a few days later, my old gamertag appeared back on my profile, under my new gamertag. So I have two gamertags associated with my account now. I haven't been able to sign into xbox 360 games since this has happened. Support is a dead end. Made a post but lost it. Thanks for looking.

    Disconnected from internet several times, reconnected etc. Cleared system cache, cleared local saved game, cleared local 360 data. Continues to throw error code: 80151006.

    Re downloading the profile is doing nothing. It instantly fails sign in.

    Try this on your console! Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

    Settings.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select Advanced Settings.

    Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    Select Clear.

    Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    Yes I have but it still shows both gamertags. I have tried re-downloading my profile on Xbox numerous times and restarting my console but it doesn’t do anything

    Hi there welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried logging off and logging into the app to see if it updates?
