    hey, i changed my gamertag and it gave me two gamertags??? even though i wanted one and i didn’t receive a gamertag with a # or numbers so it was available. i did it on my old xbox to have 15 characters without two gamertags. i wouldn’t have done it knowingly if it was going to give me two. is there anyway i can get rid of one? let me know what i can do to keep my newer gamertag

    Try this on your console! Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

    Settings.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select Advanced Settings.

    Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    Select Clear.

    Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    Yes I have but it still shows both gamertags. I have tried re-downloading my profile on Xbox numerous times and restarting my console but it doesn’t do anything
