    Two gamertags (two kids) on one Microsoft Account?


    One kid already has a gamertag associated with my microsoft account. The other has a different account. I want to put them on the same account Can I transfer the other kid's gamertag and account info onto the same account without losing his profile?

    Thanks for reaching out to us in forums with this issue. When it comes to accounts for Xbox/Microsoft, there is no way to merge two accounts into a single account. If you would like to be able to monitor both accounts, you can use Family settings to designate

    No. It's only possible to have 1 gamertag per Microsoft account and there is no way to transfer anything between profiles or merge profiles.

    That must be a bug of some kind. I suggest contacting Xbox support here and explain the issue.
