    Hi everyone ! (First I would like to apologize for my poor english, i'll do my best to be understandable)

    Earlier this year I suscribed for the insider programm of "Sea of Thieves", an Xbox / W10 pirate game. A gamertag was needed to complete the subscription so I created one with my mail. Later I was not sure to be correctly registered so I suscribed a second
    time. But now it seems like my first gamertag still exist but is supplanted by the new one. The first one have been selected to play the Alpha of SoT but i cannot have access to it anymore since when I log in I log with the second. (Same mail for both)

    Is there any way to log with the first gamertag again ?

    I have one two email addresses in my Microsoft family account

    my objective is to get *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to have gamertag=tag1

    but

    *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** already has a gamertag=tag2

    so

    How do i delete the gamertag from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***?

    Is that possible?

    Trickz, you will need to e-mail *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and let them know the situation that you've mistakenly deleted the welcome e-mail and they will be happy to send you another one. Make sure you are e-mailing them from the same e-mail you were accepted from and
    also include your gamertag in the e-mail somewhere.

    You can only have one gamertag on one Microsoft account email . It is possible that you used a different email address on your first gamertag, It is best to contact Xbox Support so they can help check the login email for the gamertag where you purchased

    You can only have one gamertag on one Microsoft account email . It is possible that you used a different email address on your first gamertag, It is best to contact Xbox Support so they can help check the login email for the gamertag where you purchased

    Do you have any idea how hard it is to delete a gamertag?!! Considering it was autogenerated and created for me in seconds, it's near on impossible to get rid of :(
