Two gamertag showing on Minecraft and Xbox account

I have been dealing with this issue for at least two years now and I can't find anyone experiencing this or a solution to this. Basically it's my gamertag on Minecraft is the old gamertag and I change it about two years ago, but since that change the new gamer tag never synced to my Minecraft as it still shows my old gamer tag, but on the Xbox app it's showing my new gamertag but adding to the the problem when I login on Xbox using the web browser it's showing my old gamertag, but when I try to change it the page where you change it shows my new gamertag.

I'm using the same email for years on this account and tried all possible solution to this.

I can login now, I switched user accounts in windows but when I login it says play demo , it also shows my Xbox gamertag different, it shows the gamertag of the account I don't have Minecraft.

You cannot create a Xbox profile on an account that already has a Xbox profile. The Xbox profile is part of your Microsoft account. You cannot have two profiles on one Microsoft account and you also cannot transfer a Xbox profile to another Microsoft account.

If you sign in on the Minecraft website (https://minecraft.net) using your Microsoft account, does it show your usual username/gamertag? Does it show you own the editions of Minecraft you have purchased?

Also, when you sign in on the Xbox website (https://account.xbox.com/profile), does it show your correct gamertag?

Hi, yes it does. It shows the new gamertag. However, when I try to log in to Minecraft on the PS5 it says I already have an account linked, showing my previous gamertag.

I have tried to clear cache and reinstall Minecraft but same problem. I have waited 24h since I changed the gamertag so it should have updated. I think the issue is in my microsoft-account since on my Xbox account page it shows both names. I can also change
the gamertag again (without charge it seems) on the Xbox account page (see attached image), but "" is of course taken. So it looks like two different gamertags but on the same microsoft-account.

I installed Minecraft on another android tablet and used another microsoft-account, changed gamertag and this updated immediately.
