Two different xboxs same account information

There can only be one Xbox account associated with a Microsoft account but if you meant that you are using one account for two consoles then the answer would be yes, you would need to create a new account so you won't kick the other out of theirs and vice versa. That would also mean that whoever uses the new account would have to start fresh. Saved data is not transferrable to another account but DLC, games, and subscriptions are shareable.

Do you use the same Emailaddress for logging into hotmail and xbox account?

I would currently assume that you done it accidently with two different accounts.

You can check it on https://commerce.microsoft.com. If you had used the account information with the trial account and the monthly xbox live gold membership you will see it in the history of your
payment information.

Or check if you have two profiles on your xbox. -> Dashboard -> Community -> Login Account -> If there are two accounts visible you had two accounts created.

The procedure described in the thread you shared refers to playing with two different accounts on two different Xbox consoles to share the games from one account with the other console in the same household.

Take in mind that it is not possible to play with the same account on two different consoles simultaneously, which is why, when you are playing on one, if you start a game on the other with the same account, the message you mentioned appears.

I apologize but it's not possible, we can only be signed in to one device at a time. It will automatically sign you out.

You may need to create a profile for them.

Unfortunately you can not share the same Xbox account on two consoles at the same time. For both of you to play on two different consoles at the same time would require two different accounts. It doesn't cost anything to create an account for Xbox Live.
However, it will cost BOTH accounts to have Gold subscriptions.
