Two different bans lifted after two weeks but still can't message anyone

The reason of this ban was because I apparently threatened someone by saying I was going to report them for spamming and messaging me everyday it got to the point where I did say some not so nice words and them being upset because they did get banned but
still continued to message me after. One was communication and the other was the harassment from saying that, 2 weeks.

It was finally lifted today and I am able to play online now but not message my friends or talk in their parties. I can join their party but I cannot hear them, it mentions my privacy settings but I have it set to everyone and I have already tried to reset
my console. I also deleted my account and signed it back in but no luck. I had already checked the enforcement action and there is no longer orange writing which i'm sure you know is where it tells you how long you have. I'm fairly certain for some reason
the console is still banned because I can't message on my other account either. I'm not sure if i should just wait a day and see if it's just lagging a bit on lifting the ban? I have got communications banned before but it's never lagged to let me message
my friends again.

Any information on this would be great thank you.

Can't communicate after suspension

so after being suspended for 2nweeks after inappropriate language which I know is my own fault I'm still unable to send messages and talk in parties my ban was lifted two weeks ago but still can't communicate please help

 

Need communication ban help

Recently I was banned from communications on the Xbox 1 for 1 week. My ban was lifted on the 17th since my ban has been lifted I can't speak to anyone everyone can talk to me but when I tried to speak back no one can hear me my mic flashes like it's working
I have tried to use multiple controllers I've updated these controllers I updated my adapters I've tried to use two of those by the way Ive tried three different headsets and two different Xbox ones still nobody can hear me but I can hear them please help

Unfortunately, we can't handle any issues with enforcement actions only at Enofrcement.xbox.com can handle those issues if you're eligible you can submit a case review there to resolve the issue.



However, if no active suspensions or ban then some steps should be helpful. if you have attempted all troubleshooting steps that you know about here are some steps mainly work with most issues with consoles.

1. Power Cycle
   
2. remove your profile, restart, then re-download your profile
3. Factory Reset Console: WARNING: Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything that has not been synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost.
   
4. Device Support: To submit a repair request. If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced:
   

(Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when it is connected with the service.)

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

From my understanding these sets are suppose to work
