Two Day suspension for LFG post

So got suspended for making a LFG post for Apex Legends. My post on included "P2+" which means Platinum rank 2 and higher. Have no idea why this would even suspended me for that. There's no way to appeal this and it's a little ridiculous how there's no support for a case such as this I have read there is a bug in Xbox back to 2019 for this. Every post says that security isn't on the forms but they need to be to see this and fix these situations.

I just received the same suspension for making an LFG post as well. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'd love to hear the explanation because of it. Can't contact any customer support because I'm "Suspended" when it is their fault to begin with. Playstation is starting to look a lot more attractive to me.

Customer support doesn't handle enforcement issues. So you wouldn't get anywhere contacting them. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspension and the enforcement site is the only place to get information.

yeah, that's the worst thing. there is no support from Microsoft, and I my enforcement can help. but you can't contact them, you can only "appeal/review case" IF your case is illegible. which mine isn't, probably authors too, so we're stuck, banned for nothing

I got banned too. for using LFG? not even anything offensive or nothing. just using LFG to find people to play with. that's messed up
