Two controllers stopped working at the same time

The first time I did the reset, the only cables in the XBox was the controller, the TV and power cord.

This time I also plugged in a network cable to do it over wired insted of WiFi.

The result does not differ, the controllers can not be synced.

Hello there,

In some cases not being able to sync might indicate two things here.

The first being that there are other devices/items throwing off the recognition of the sync occurring as a lot of items in one room can cause mishap with syncing.

Secondly, the syncing feature on the console might not be performing like it should to where the console might indeed need a repair.

Test these same controllers with a different console, and your console with other controllers.

Check this for us and get back to us with what you find.

Do you have another controller. It may be the wireless connectivity card on your console has failed
