Xbox/Microsoft in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; A few months back I had to buy a new controller because the RB button on the first one I had stopped working.     TWO controllers and TWO mics down.. WTF? Xbox/Microsoft


    A few months back I had to buy a new controller because the RB button on the first one I had stopped working. Then a few weeks after that my mic died. So $80 down to buy new stuff. Then a few months later, (last week) that new controller's joystick starts
    malfunctioning. Already I started dreading the $60 I would have to set aside. But now.... today my 2nd mic died. I Mean WTF Microsoft. I really cant afford to keep buying your stuff. Right now i am 2 controllers down and 2 mics down... which translates to
    about $150 , that i could have,, and indeed planned to, use buying games.... What I am I supposed to do huh?! Come on Microsoft you can do better in regards to accessory quality...

    Same problem. I've tried 4 controllers, two adapters, two mics...nothing. How do I get a replacement console?

    Same issues here, Search the web we are not alone. They are selling defective equipment and then charging you to ship it in for replacement. 4-6 weeks for replacement. Why won't they acknowledge their defective equipment and take care of there customers?

    Xbox One Headset, Can hear Others But Mic Won't talk back

    Its the controller check your plug make sure all the way in the controller .where the two half of the controller meet there's a little space in a little give their sometimes so if you push down on it and press the mic in it should work

    Why did my mic stop working with my controllers?

    • My xbox and controller are up to date
    • I have tried a different headset with my two controllers and it was the same
    • I have tried on my two different controllers and on two different xboxs
    This has never happened to me before and I am very confused. It was weird how one controller stopped working with my mic, and when I swapped over to my second controller, it too stopped working with my mic two weeks after the first controller. With trying out my controllers on another xbox, it leads me to believe that it is not specifically a xbox console problem and has something to do with my controllers.
