Two consoles: how to separate games across them?

We have two gamers in our house - me and my son. He plays COD and FIFA. I play ME and SW Battlefront. Just bought ME Andromeda and I can see we will run into trouble with access to the console. So I'm thinking of buying another.

Is it possible to transfer a couple of games to the new machine using the same Xbox account? Do I need additional licenses for Xbox Live, etc? Has anyone else done this?

Downloads on Two Separate Consoles

First of all, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

Anyway, I'm getting a new console next week and I was wondering if someone could answer my question regarding downloads on two separate consoles.

Will my brother be able to access DLC I've purchased even though my gamertag is no longer on the old Xbox or will he have to purchase it himself?

If he can't, is there anything I can do so he can access the content? Without breaching XBL rules, of course

Addition info:

- My brother has a child account

- Both consoles will be in the same house

- Downloaded content will be on the new Xbox

When you download content it is tied to the gamertag it was purchased with as well as the console it was purchased on. The console license is what allows other accounts to be able to access the content. Your account can access the content on any console
as long as you are signed into Live.

If you do a license transfer on your new console, it will move that content license to your console. So as long as you don'tdo the license transfer, your brother will still have access to any content that has previously been downloaded on the older console.
He will not be able to access anything you download from your new console.

You would want to sign into his console and set it as your Home console. He will then be able to access your games and gold. You can continue to use your games and gold on your console as long as you are signed into Live.

They are two separate games requiring separate purchase in the system. If a title isn't PlayAnywhere, the DLC almost never loves across platforms

I'm sorry but I don't understand how that works... I plan to game simultaneously with her on two separate consoles simultaneously using one gamertag's subscription.

Explain in detail how your solution would work if we're both using game pass and live gold simultaneously on two separate consoles?
