Two comments about items not credited for

First for the Horror rewards I got credit for buying the $59 worth of stuff but I never received credit for the 5 achievements I got while playing The Park after buying it.

Second for the preorder rewards I preordered Titanfall 2, Dead Rising 4, and Resident Evil 7 all on the same day. I got credit for Titanfall 2 and Dead Rising 4 but never got credit for Resident Evil 7

Rewards not credited

Hi,

I've bought Tropico 5 for the GO WEST mission and the rewards for that have been credited, but the rewards for the avatar items, achievements and the bonus have not been credited. Can you please look into this

Go West avatar purchase not being recognized

I purchased two avatar items from the Go West list on March 16th, and they have not been credited for the Mission yet.

Hey DrunkBadger414 according to the FAQ on the reward website, if Resident Evil 7 is one of the games used to complete the digital punchcard credits will not be rewarded until 96 hours after the title launches on January 23rd, 2017. Here is the link: Xbox Live Rewards

Here is the verbiage: "When will I receive my Rewards Credits? Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident
Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017."

I can confirm Murphs' statement regarding your Games on Demand punchcard. However, I can confirm that you were not properly awarded for your achievements. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account for completion of that offer. You should
see these Credits pending by the end of next week.

Activity feeds on the Community tab, player profiles, Clubs, and game hubs allow players to see and comment on what others are playing. These feeds also display game clips and screenshots, known as captures.
To report an inappropriate feed item or comment:

Select the inappropriate activity feed item or comment.
Navigate to the offending player's Gamertag and select Options, and then select Report.
Select Inappropriate feed item or Inappropriate comment, depending on what you're reporting.
Select Add comment to provide more information. When finished, select Report.

Club feed items can be reported to either a Club admin or to Xbox. If the item doesn’t belong in the Club, select Club admin. If the item violates the Code of Conduct, select Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team.

You can also remove your own activity feed items and any comments associated with your content. To remove a specific feed item or comment, select Options, and then select Delete item or Delete
comment.
