    Major issue with xbox live advertisements, Need a response or help from MS employees or live members on what to do?

    NORE, the problem is not Adult Content being displayed over an Adult Profile. A simple solution is to set up a Child's Account on your Xbox 360 and Filter the appropriate Content in which you see fit.

    Simple answer, an Adult Profile means Adult Content will be available. Child Profile is per the parents request.

    The family gold pack was designed for two adult accounts and two child accounts rather than three adults and one child or one adult and seven children. Hence you're stuck.

    If there is no parent account attached to the child account, then it will prompt the child to link a new parent account before it will allow to sign into Live... if it doesn't and there is no parental account, then the child account sounds like it's actually
    an adult account... either way, in this case the first thing I'd try is to delete the profile or profiles and then, using the WLID and password, redownload the profile...

    I'm just checking his child and our adult statuses.

    My account is Adult and his is Custom (Child setting interfered with his gaming).

    Yep, the child will have access to Xbox Live - with restrictions you can tailor - while being a child account of your adult account.

    To make one, you just go through the steps of making a new account - as you did your own - and as you will put in the age of a minor, the system will automatically require that it be linked to an adult account. At this point you use the details of your own
    account to link the two.

    Is this a violation of code of conduct/terms and conditions?
