Two achievements still not unlocking

I have two secret achievements for Dark Souls 3 which are stuck at 100% completion but they are not unlocking. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps and contacted the live chat support multiple times. Gamertag is . Thanks.

Can't Get Any Achievements

Not unlocking achievements. After two weeks (maybe more) of no achievements unlocking, still nothing has changed. I've attempted every remedy I could find including restarting my Xbox, removing and re-adding my account and factory restoring my Xbox One.

 

Achievement question

When does this update for fixing achievements come out? From what I read it was supposed to be out last weekend but two achievements are still not unlocking for me.

Yes, I have been through all those steps. After a week or so I contacted the chat support multiple times which gave me numerous solutions which did not work. Weeks have passed now and still not unlocking.

@The Crusty Log: I wouldn't hold your breath. Out of interest, I just went back to page a few pages on this area of the forum to a post on 18 April (6 days ago) and, counting forward from there to this front page, there are currently 72 posts regarding people
having achievements not unlocking. Everyone has tried those steps - which by the way creates additional problems because syncing data at the moment can take hours when it should take minutes - and there isn't a single case where it has helped to unlock achievements.

There are even some poor gamers who are being sent here from Microsoft support and they're quoting their case numbers thinking we can help. In other words, support are clueless and using this forum as a diversionary tactic away from their own incompetence.
Microsoft have lost their way on this and they need to officially acknowledge that they know about the problem and are working on it. We are all quickly losing our confidence in them.
