Two achievements not unlocking, did tasks multiple times. (Dead Rising 2)

I enjoy unlocking achievements as well as completing games on my spare time. But
Dead Rising 2 has caused me grief. The two achievements not unlocking are
"TK's Favorite" and
"He Hasn't Covered Wars...". For TK's Favorite I was told that you have to be sure to complete the whole game and not just the round. I did the required tasks two times and even went as far as
being host the third time and it still has yet to unlock. For He Hasn't Covered Wars... I originally got a kill with all the guns along the way, but it did not unlock. I went through a second time doing the same it still didn't. I got creative and had every
gun in my inventory and got a kill with it and STILL it did not unlock. I contacted MS support and they sent me a link to here, because I had already
tried the delete account and recover technique as well as the delete game and redownload technique.

Reward Points

I have completed many task since October I think Dead Rising 3, Darepool, Under Halloween Task, Titranfalls 2, Watch Dogs 2, Final Fantasy, Dead Rising 4 still no credit.

Missing achievements

I am missing several achievements from multiple games. I have completed the required task but the achievement is not unlocking. How do I fix this?

at this point I suggest you to contact CAPCOM support since they are the publishers of this game

I had already tried that, they told me to contact Microsoft because there is nothing they can do for achievements. So I did and was told this forum would help because " Xbox Achievements Administrators would investigate my profile".

I played offline when it happened! But the achievements dont unlocked EVEN OFFILINE. When I realized that this had happened (after some achievements unlocked) I did some procedures: I cleaned the cache, I did again last save of the game, changed the profile
of HD for the xbox hd internal and finally tried numerous times with many copies of saves to unlock the achievements and also play the game again, but they were out of order, and there the same day hooked on the Internet in the hope that they back the real
order, or order it should be. Once connected (I believe the server scanned own achievements out of order) and now remain out of order. The same happened with Dead Rising last year, but as I was new to XBL thought it was normal, and the dead rising was only
with two archivaments.

Well I just want know what can be done. If nothing can be done directly with these two games, can I stay calm?

Same issue with different games on XB1, i have two unlocked achievements today in Dead Rising 3 but the points are not added to my general Game Score, another achievement is 100% complete but not unlocked, same with another achievement in BF4 100% complete
and not unlocked, another one in Fifa 14. This is very frustating, too many problems with this console.

I noticed this too while playing Forza 5 and Dead Rising 3 offline. Once I signed in to Xbox Live a bunch of achievements for both unlocked. As I continued to play online more achievements unlocked. I believe you must be signed in to Xbox Live to unlock
achievements, at least for the time being.
