    Two accounts under same email.


    I have two different Microsoft accounts under the same email and password. The issue I am currently having is that when I want to sign into one of the accounts, because they have different games, the other one is being signed into. I know they are the same because on the Minecraft launcher: If I press manage account for either account it takes me to the same page but one of the accounts doesn't own Minecraft while the other does. My question is, is there some way for me to log into one, or do I just have to buy the game again on the other account?

    With regards to your concern, may I ask if you are playing the game via Xbox console or is this for a Minecraft PC, mobile version?

    For Xbox, if you own the Xbox version of Minecraft you have the option to share the game to all users on the same Xbox via Home Xbox feature. Once you set a console as the Home Xbox, the game license will be shared to all users so you won't need to buy the game for the other account.

    In addition to this, if you are not sure what email address is associated to your gamertag you can visit https://account.microsoft.com/profile page to manage your email address. You will then find here what is the email alias, then you may check what gamertag it is associated via https://account.xbox.com/profile page.

    The most likely answer to this is that the email on the xbox is different,

    support.xbox.com/.../forgot-microsoft-account

    I would follow the steps on that site and just double check the email, then check the spelling as well to be sure it isn't just a letter off or something
