two accounts one email

hi, I have this account on xbox console companion () but when i sign in it gave me other account called oliveblock33222 and it will not let my main account in vain as how many times i try. this is the same email and password as .
Without this account i will not be able to get minecraft as I had to wipe my computer bc of a virus.

Ps. im 15 with anxiety ;-; (the anxiety is not diagnosed tho)

a bit more info is that i also used the original Xbox (beta) to sign in the first time I did thats when I reserved the new account and then tried console companion and it signed me into that same account it game me on Xblox (beta)

ps. your help is very appreciated you use alot of you time helping others and thats amazing and i can say that to alot of you!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with an account. It is impossible to have a primary email address for two accounts. However, you can have an email as primary on one account. Then on a second, third, etc. have that email
as a secondary email. We recommend as the ambassador stated request a call from support. They can verify the accounts and help find the emails used.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I don't if that is possible but it looks like there are two xbox accounts with the same associated email from microsoft, to change that I would recommend you to talk to someone from support here in this website https://support.xbox.com/

Thankyou for getting back to me. Unfortunately I’ve tried that but it’s continues to link me to my recovery email. So when I try to change the password it just give me a code or links me back to my current account.

I was wondering if you could see if there were two Xbox accounts linked to my email as I used to pay for Xbox live gold and only left in 2018.
