Twitch wont stop broadcasting

I solved it I had to reset console but yes i logged out both twitch and Xbox account and re installed it.

If i am correct you uninstalled the app? If you did lets re-install it and you said you signed out did you mean out of your twitch account or Xbox live account because it could result in different out comes.

Lets also try a power cycle to see if that could solve the issue good luck.

Silver account? I have gold it maybe due to expire but is still valid at the moment. I know this as ive been playing BF4 all day an watching YouTube vids.

My settings are as they should be to enable broadcasting but it still doesn't work.

If the twitch app is broken when will there be a fix and how come it works for some people but not others?

Make sure you allow "broadcast gameplay" in the settings, but I can't make it allow because I need a parent account, and when I sign into my fake parent account after I change it it won't apply.
