Twitch saying this game doesn’t allow streaming

I am playing resident evil 8 Village and I am trying to stream it in Twitch on my Xbox and it says that it doesn’t allow streaming and I have seen other people able to stream it on twitch

May I know if you tried power cycling your console?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

If maybe the issue persists you may need to contact Twitch support to see if there's a restriction for this specific game.

(Can be others are streaming using a capturing card)

Hi I'm having the same issues I can actually stream the game its says I'm not allowed but In the twitch dashboard it wont show any games so its saying I'm streaming to twitch not streaming call of duty vanguard I have to go onto a laptop or pc into my twitch channel and change it all in there it's like twitch xbox cant pick up what I'm trying to stream it's very annoying consoles upgraded yet still have issues this has been happening for months now aswell tet Microsoft still havnt fixed it

I didn't say twitch copyright, I said copyright laws

What I mentioned is that due to those laws the twitch app on Xbox doesn't allow music streaming, since those free music sources are not available to stream the content on Xbox

Why would it be related to music? If that was the case then Twitch wouldn't allow the game to be streamed from PC etc.

One thing to remember is that no one is allowed to stream games without the copyright holder's permission

If it says you can't, you should contact Twitch and ask them why this is the case, as they are responsible for their own product.
