    Twitch Login Help


    So I recently got the twitch app on Xbox one so I can broadcast games. I knew I already had a twitch account so I tried to log into it on Xbox. But when I click Login on the twitch app on Xbox it tells me to go to twitch.tv/activate and type in the code
    it says on the screen for a new account. I looked at every spot on the app it does not say to log in into a separate account except if I click the 3 line button and click switch accounts, that's an option to log in to another Xbox account. Please help me to
    resolve my problem.

    Unexpected issue upon login in April 23 15:30BST

    It appeared that the login issue was resolved fairly quickly because I enjoyed watching a twitch stream of the beta on the 23rd. Were you able to login?

    won't let me login but I see people on twitch with Xbox ones I don't understand

    I can't link my twitch account to my Xbox account on PC

    I am having the same issue. Twitch keeps sending me a successful login, but it just spins on the Xbox app. Neither Twitch nor Xbox shows the accounts as linked. The trouble shooting doesn't seem to have an answer to this question

    1. May we know if you can check the status of Twitch from this site - status.twitch.tv? Twitch is up and fine. It is the handshake with XBOX and Twitch that doesn’t allow authentication.

    4. Would you mind sharing the troubleshooting you have done so far? I have unlinked and relink Halo Waypoint and Twitch from both their sites. The PX Xbox app still doesn’t complete after you enter the code verifying a new login position via twitch. Twitch then shows a successful login but the XBOX app “next” button is permanently spinning and doesn’t complete (see attached screen shot “Verify Login Code.png”.
