Twitch got i issue again on xbox device

LoneGnome, I am having no issues whatsoever streaming Twitch from any other device in my household (Mobile, and pc).. only on the Xbox One.

Yup, I started having the same issue as well. I can't get it to stream anymore at all.

As soon as twitch snaps in after saying, "Xbox broadcast" it just immediately displays, "Broadcast fail...We're sorry something went wrong with the broadcast". Selecting "try again" does nothing and just brings you back to the same screen.

I've tried all the usual suggestions multiple times with no success...deleted the app and save data, removed and re-added xbox from the twitch site, reset my stream key, etc. None of that helped.

Twitch has been highly frustrating and inconsistent on Xbox one so far....for weeks Twitch wasn't working for Canadians and then it looked like they got it resolved but now this is occurring and I am again unable to stream anything. :|

Check your Internet connection1. Although you mentioned that your Internet speeds are fine, it is possible that there is a temporary interruption or instability in your Internet connection that could be causing the problem.

Restart the Twitch app. Sometimes simply restarting the app can fix temporary issues.

Clear the Twitch app cache and data. This can fix problems caused by corrupt or outdated data.

Disable VPN. If you're using a VPN, it could be causing problems with your streaming.

Update the Twitch app. Make sure you are using the most recent version of the app.

Hey what do ya know exact same issue. It's been hit or miss the last few months and now it doesn't work at all uninstall and reinstall doesn't help. Seeing as twitch works on every other device in my house without issues, there is an issue with this specific
app. This is one of 2 things.

1. Something microsoft changed somewhere started blocking open access to twitch servers.

2. Twitch made some changes on thier backend that messed up funtionality only for 1 app (unlikely). Even if this were the case, you now have a non working app on your marketplace that you have the responsibility of talking to twitch and getting it working
again or remove it.

I just launched Twitch again today and am broadcasting now with no issues so far. I'm guessing this was just a temporary issue. Thanks for the responses, updates, and suggestions to this thread! I hope everyone's Twitch issues have also been resolved
