Twitch Error Code 995f9a12 - Any New Methods to Resolve?

Hi, all ~ I will try to explain this as briefly and simply as I can:

I created a twitch account, based on my gamertag, and enjoyed watching my favorite streamers on my xbox one s.

I changed my gamertag and decided I would also create a new twitch account to actually try streaming myself.

I deactivated my original twitch account so that I could sign in with my new twitch account on my laptop.

When I went to sign this new account into my xbox I received an error message with the code "995f9a12"

I looked up what this meant and discovered that I needed to unlink my twitch account from my xbox before I deactivated it. (facepalm)

I went to twitch and completed the method for reactivating a twitch account and was told: "we check this form every 2-3 business days." (LOL)

After 2 months and many, MANY submissions, I get a response to provide them with 5 pieces of information (twitch name, real name, IP, email address, etc.) so they can identify that I created that account.

Within 15 minutes I get a response: We are unable to recover your account based on the information provided. (It was at this point I almost threw my laptop across the room...)

SO, to anyone that reads this, I still want to enjoy twitch on my xbox, but clearly reactivating my account isn't going to happen and it is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone at twitch via email and they have no phone number to contact. Are there any
methods (that don't require me to create a new xbox account) that you know about in order to unlink the old deactivated account and replace it with my new account?

Or am I screwed and should just never use twitch again? (at this point I am LOL'ing about this situation)

Also - I am not very tech smart (if you haven't already noticed) so if you do have legit suggestions, the more simply you can explain it the better. (again LOL)

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, you will need to get with twitch on this issue. If you are unable to solve this through them there not much we can do here for this issue.

Yeah this on them. Instead of having them reactivate your account see if they can unlink your deactivated account for you maybe?
