Twitch Error Code: 0x10331196

Hiya! I've had my Xbox One for just under a week now, but since I got it I haven't been able to start a livestream without getting the error code shown above. I've tried absolutely everything from checking and changing my privacy settings,
uninstalling and re-installing the app, as well as creating an entirely new Twitch account. This is really disappointing for me, as I was really looking forward to doing my own broadcasts. Please help!

Twitch error code

Every time I try to stream Twitch I get error code 0x10331196 I have tried resetting my console deleting twitch and its data from console and everywhere making a new xbox and twitch account and nothing works.

 

I've run into this problem myself now, and have tried all of the options listed above. It was working fine up until 3 days ago, and I'm at a loss of what to do.

 

Make sure you are 'appearing online' . Also, try broadcasting different games see at least if only specific ones not working. For example I can broadcast all games no issues, but some games like Arcade Pinball, gives me that error message for some reason.

I am having this issue, but I am playing a Demo for ScreamRide... maybe I am just not allowed to stream the demo...
