Twitch error code

Every time I try to stream Twitch I get error code 0x10331196 I have tried resetting my console deleting twitch and its data from console and everywhere making a new xbox and twitch account and nothing works.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and check to see if the issue continues.
• If the issue continues to occur, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Twitch app.

still getting the error code?

will try using the app more today and see if the error code returns again.....seems if I use the app for a few hours then try to return and use the app later that's when I get the error code?

Where specifically does this error code occur?

 

It happens to me when I watch a channel, turn off xbox or switch to a game then come back and any channel I try to view gets that error code. Restarting the xbox and uninstalling reinstalling no help as the error continues with that trigger event

 

Specifically from the home menu, pinned apps menu and also from the store and launching it from there

Yes it continues to occur even after closing/reopening or restarting the xbox entirely

 

I'm glad I'm not the only one getting this. It's frustrating. It started a couple weeks ago. I can see the channels but trying to watch just gives me the error. Could twitch be trying to access some kind of data about me and my box isn't letting it? Causing
it to error out?

Can watch twitch for a period of time and go back later then the error code appears again......seems like you can only use the app once a day?

Hope for an update to fix it?
