Twitch Error 0x10331196 No solutions yet

I have streamed before on Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition and today when I try to do Minecraft Xbox one or stream anything else the Twitch app gives me error 0x10331196. I know it isn't an internet connection problem and it isn't an age restriction thing
because I am 24 years old and my age is correct on Xbox one. I can also change the preferences so I don't have family protection problems. I also already tried deleting my cache on Xbox One for Twitch and unistalling. I also tried to disconnect my Twitch account
from the Xbox One and reconnect it all at the same time with no luck. The other thing is I have read a lot of people are having this problem as well.

its been almost a month (close to) and it is still not fixed.

This has been an issue since Twitch debuted on the XBox One. The support is abysmal on this. This is the kind of service we pay for these days. Half baked broken software and nobody willing to fix it.

 

Exact same problem for me, I have tried all the same things as you and still no luck, I can broadcast diablo 3 uee, it let me broadcast earlier today, but not minecraft...it's really frustrating.

It's weird that we can broadcast one game but not the other

 

I can stream diablo UEE on my xbox one but not minecraft, it's crazy...I have the exact same problem

 

By the way if anyone has diablo 3 or minecraft, or is gonna get destiny on xbox one add me I have a Mic, friendly, not a child and looking for people to game with...

I am having problems trying to brodcast I have done it before and then this happend I Emailed twitch and its been 2week and I have not heard back from them so no one knows what this error code 0x10331196 is about? Can it be fix? Mine has been like this
for a month so if someone knows what this is about can you let me know as soon as possible! Thanks.

 

If you were under a child account before it changed to an adult check your privacy setting and make sure that stream is set to allow. I was just able to live stream on my Xbox one. One of the update changed the setting on streaming so make sure you have
it set for streaming allow!

 

Unitedking is that all you did to fix it it?? or is there anything else that you had to do
