    No I just shut mine down started it back up and it told me there was an update for twitch. I broadcasted for about 20 minutes. It's a little laggy but nothing to bad, but it does take a quarter of the screen up, which could get annoying.

    I remembered to use snap which then gave me full screen but let me know at the bottom of the screen that I was still broadcasting live, and it lets you know how many are viewing. This. Time all ran smoothly.

    Another thing you need the Kinect for? or do they give you the option to steam and use your headset without cam feed?

    I have this same problem; I believe Twitch is doing updates. Twitch was giving the black screen everytime I tried to broadcast.
