    is it me or is the Twitch app taking way too long loading channels im at 5 min now and not a channel on screen and thats any of the games

    How much upload speed for twitch app?

    Problem is fixed.

    Had to...

    - uninstall the twitch app

    - delete safed twitch-data from the console

    - reinstall the twitch app

    - reset my stream key via the twitch dashboard (website)

    - reconnect the twitch app with my twitch account

    After that I got my new recommendation for high quality settings.

    Hope this helps others, if having the same problem.

    When I tried Twitch earlier today, a few games I chose to watch just showed a black screen - whether this is related or not, I don't know. There simply could've been no streams for those games, they may have still been loading, or there may have been an
    error. I hate not knowing.

    I've noticed the same thing with the black screen. Since the broadcasting update the app has become very unstable. Very frustrating as I enjoy watching game streams regularly which was never a problem with the basic app.

    I would say the app worjs great! My friend and I have even figured out how to stream our channels side by side. This way people can watch me or him and see us both!

    Awesome.

    The unethical nature of 60fps functionality on the Xbox Twitch application.

    that maybe the issue on console but i use twitch via pc and there are no such paywalls for 60fps streaming, either using obs or twitch's very own studio software which is absolutely free.

    twitch did not bother updating the app too much on the Xbox due to the way Microsoft shoe horned in their own streaming service.

    twitch was the original app on Xbox one for streaming then Microsoft changed the OS and banged in there useless platform for streaming (which shut down not long ago) and side-lined the twitch app, what incentive did twitch have to update the console app. none.
