Twitch App stopped working and now the Xbox One is a lemon streamer

Twitch app no longer works on my Xbox one " Twitch has encountered an error and must close. " that is what I get even after I remove the app along with all data on the Xbox and reinstall I still have the same problem. Also when I try to turn the system
off it won't it just has the flashing console light, I have to hold my finger on the button for a period of time to shut it down.

Have removed the app so can nolonger stream anything wish they had Youtube, Beam pro, Hitbox streaming apps.

After twitch update no top xbox games

Hi the other day my twitch app updated and now top xbox one channels tab is gone so its very hard to watch any xbox one streams yet for some reason the twitch app on ps4 still has a top playstation channels tab so please fix the xbox one app.

Twitch Sever Unavailable Error

My Twitch app on my XBox is being weird today. When I was watching a stream I follow it keep on stopping with the Twitch Sever Unavailable Error keep coming up and now I went back into Twitch to see if it working it didn't go to the Twitch home page and
the same error came up again. Can someone help?

Apparently they don't give a ***, they told me it's not there app so it's not there problem (not in those exact same words). That's a load of bs. I just watched a xbox engineer talking about some new things there going to be doing with the twitch app in
some up coming updates. Your still going to tell me xbox has nothing to do with the twitch app?

Although Twitch tell me they cannot support this issue and MS tell me it's a Twitch issue: I don't think Twitch values Xbox native-Twitch app streamers. They don't bring any where near the volume of traffic to Twitch that others do. Anybody who streams professionally i.e. generates a revenue for Twitch and themselves tends to use dedicated capture hardware. The bad news is, this isn't a priority for either company.

Has anybody tested native-app streaming with one of the other providers?

Right now, I've been enjoying watching a few Twitch streamers play Dead by Daylight.

Really hope this game comes to the Xbox.

Hello Mr. Chipmunk! Occasionally the problem with this is usually whenever Twitch needs to update for your XBOX, you can check if it needs a update by going to games & apps - Apps - Twitch - Menu Button - Manage App - Updates. If this doesn't work for you,
I'd reinstall the app. If that still will not work for you, you can always check your Broadcast & Capture and see if you have your broadcast settings correct.
