twitch app sign in

Our recommendation here is to attempt uninstalling and then installing the Twitch app on your Xbox One console in
case you are on an Xbox One.

If this is on a Windows PC, attempt following our how to uninstall and reinstall a game on Windows 10
support article for direct assistance with uninstalling on a PC.

the problem is my twitch account (wrong birthday when sign up on pc)

and the app wont let me sign out/unlink or switch to a new account.... soy i close my twitch account and sign up a new one , after that it said cannot to twitch servers....

sorry for my bad english ^^;

Are you able to sign into the account on a web browser? or the Twitch app on another device like your phone?

Can you explain to us what you've tried already? It'll help to know what you've tried already that didn't seem to work.

What did Twitch support say when you contacted them for help?

Do other apps work fine on the Xbox? Can you sign into the Twitch app on another device? Can you sign in to your Twitch account by trying the web browser on the Xbox and not the app?

We'll be looking forward to your answers so we know what to try next.

Just to confirm, are you referring to this app - Get Twitch - Microsoft Store? Would you mind walking me through the process of doing this - It is the PC XBOX app that doesn’t allow sign in for twitch.?
