Twitch App not streaming from console. Stream starts but ends after a few seconds.

I think that since when you closed your stream it got back to normal, it's not a faulty console. How exact are you streaming, by Twitch?

Yes i am streaming with twitch in 720p either if i use the built in live stream app or the one twitch app from the microsoft store it still replicate the issue after a few hours.

By the way it came back to normal only with the built in streaming app since i could force quit it. Didn't work with the one from the microsoft store i had to manually reboot. Then after the reboot it work for a few hours and start doing it again basically.

G'day Schniebel! Sorry to hear about those issues. There are a few things we can try here to get this sorted out.
Have you noticed that jump in quality within any other streaming apps or does it only happen in Twitch?

For the quality issue, try power cycling your network hardware.

• Unplug your modem, router, and console from power for a full 2 minutes.
• Plug in and restart your modem. Let it fully start up.
• Do the same for your router, and then for your console.

For the stream ending prematurely, let's try one thing and then I recommend you contact
Twitch support:

• From the console's home screen, locate and highlight the Twitch app. Don't launch it, just highlight it.
  
• Press the Menu button on your controller and uninstall the app.
• Power cycle the console again.
• After restarting, re-install the app and launch it. Try playing another video stream.

Still having this issue. It now includes quite a few dashboard apps like twitch preventing me from streaming or watching shows through my console.

In what way do you mean?

Watch a stream while playing a game or stream the PC game you are playing?

If it's stream the game you are playing, no it's not possible. You can only use the Twitch app on the Xbox to stream Xbox console games.

To watch a stream on the console, it's easy, just launch the app, then log in, and find a stream you want to watch, then start a game on your PC.

that maybe the issue on console but i use twitch via pc and there are no such paywalls for 60fps streaming, either using obs or twitch's very own studio software which is absolutely free.

twitch did not bother updating the app too much on the Xbox due to the way Microsoft shoe horned in their own streaming service.

twitch was the original app on Xbox one for streaming then Microsoft changed the OS and banged in there useless platform for streaming (which shut down not long ago) and side-lined the twitch app, what incentive did twitch have to update the console app. none.
