    The twitch app runs so poorly on the new Xbox. My console will constantly freeze and crash whenever I steam and try to play a game. Is this something people are looking into? Thanks

    Hey there REDHAWK,

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Twitch.

    If it is a problem with the app itself, then I would suggest trying the steps here that we have on our support page entitled "My Xbox One game
    won't start o r freezes during gameplay    ". I know Twitch is not a game, but that guide should work for any app as well.

    If and when you get a chance give that a shot and let us know how that helped in resolving the issue.
