Twitch and xbox not linking

I have been trying to link my twitch account to my Xbox account to stream.

Here is what happens

Get to the link account page with the qr and code

I enter code and authorize

Xbox and twitch both say linked

When I go to stream it keeps poping up the sidebar with the qr

I try again

The sidebar flashes like something happened but instantly gives me a new code to enter

I have tried unblinking on both, unlinging and retetting and even logging out.

That's the problem on twitch it's linked on xbox it's not when I try to link it to my Xbox it leaves me on a load screen forever

Account- link social account- twitch then I go to log in twitch home screen and enter username and password it sends me account token and then it stays loading

Also downloaded app on xbox and linked it there and twitch icon still won't load to home screen

Just go to twitch activate and link your xbox one twitch account from your phone and it will add your twitch account on to your xbox one twitch app. I've just done it myself. It will ask you for the code from your twitch account from your xbox then pop it
in and it will link which account you wish it to.

Same problem for both twitch and discord. I have tried everything it feels like

I’ve tried to go live on Twitch also and I’m having that same problem where it wants me to link my account and I try to link my twitch account and it doesn’t let me it gives me a WHOLE new code to link it again there needs to be a solution to this problem/issue.
